Hello, I’m Chef Janice; a Calgary-based private chef specializing in curated, restaurant-quality dining experiences in your home.
With over 13 years of culinary experience and classical training in New York City, I create custom menus for intimate dinners, celebrations, retreats, and special gatherings. My style blends refined technique with warm, relaxed hospitality– so your evening feels elevated but never formal.
I’m known for seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking, thoughtful presentation, and seamless in-home service. Every menu is personalized to your tastes and dietary needs, including plant-based, gluten-free, and allergy-aware dining, without compromising flavour or beauty.
From menu planning to grocery sourcing, cooking, plating, and clean-up, I handle every detail.

Janice did a fantastic job! We wanted a family style meal for friends; she prepared a great meal with many yummy appetizers and a wonderful dessert. She was punctual and very efficient. The clean up was perfect and a great way to host people without having to rush off and do dishes. I would definitely recommend her again!

Chef Janice and her sous chef (Marcy) were both incredible. They were both very personable and the food was exceptional. I had her cook for my sister bachelorette and it was a hit with the entire group. I could not recommend her enough!
