We hired him for our wedding. He did stellar work. Every single dish was a killer. Clean up was excellent. He didn’t disrupt the wedding at all. The kitchen was left exactly how he found it.
Will was very good in all aspects. I would rate excellent (5 star), but not "incredible". "incredible seems like an unrealistic rating.
Chef Will is a great Chef. He was on time and prepared. The dishes were fantastic and well plated. Our kitchen was SPOTLESS afterwards (better than when he arrived).
